We had the chance to join some friends crawdad fishing last weekend. It was so crazy and fun. It was nice because unlike fishing there's no skill involved. You get some string and tie a raw chicken drumstick to it. Throw it in the water let it sink to the bottom and wait a few minutes pull the string up and see if anything is eating your chicken! Chances are something IS eating it! We learned if as you're pulling your chicken up you put your net in and scoop under the chicken you'll catch anyone falling off the chicken. We had great success. Though we happily sent them all home with our friend Beau! They ate them up at his house!
It was very pretty up at Scofield Reservoir!
These little guys are quite strong!
