All the kids had a cleaning from Daddy Dentist the other day, and Allie has had this crazy tooth that didn't want to come out even though the new tooth was all the way through behind it...So Daddy gave her a little nitrous and yanked it out real quick... Another Tooth fairy visit = $1 for Allie's wallet!
